The maker quotes two different waist sizes
Their product photo states a maximum waistline of 30″. Their written listing claims the harness fits waists up to 46.5″ (118 cm). We cannot reconcile the two, so size on the smaller number — if your waist is over 30″, treat the fit as uncertain. 05 · Care
The harness and the toy get treated differently
This is the part people get wrong, because the two halves of the kit have opposite rules.

Wash the harness, wipe the toy
The harness goes in the machine. The dildo does not go under a running tap — wipe it down with a damp cloth and toy cleaner instead.

Silicone lubricant bonds to silicone toys and degrades the surface permanently.

Charge it before the first use
Around 100 minutes from flat. Charge it fully rather than topping it up, and never charge it damp.

Store the toy separately
Silicone reacts with other silicone over time, and the harness straps will mark a soft surface if they are left pressed against it.
Splash-proof, not waterproof
