Four things, every time
Silicone is easy to look after. The only complications here come from the size.

Silicone lubricant bonds to silicone toys and permanently degrades the surface. You will want a lot of lubricant here, so buy the large bottle.

Warm water and a mild unscented soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner. The veining and the ridge under the head both hold residue.

Five pounds of silicone takes longer to dry than you expect. Stand it on the cup and let it air out fully before it goes away.
